Following the Prime Minister's directive yesterday, we have temporarily closed all of our offices.
We are not closed for business. The majority of our staff are working remotely to support all of our tenants and landlords and our services continue to operate.
Our property management and accounts team help line will remain open between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, 01702 606888.
Repairs can be reported on our website as normal, these of course will all be logged and only emergencies at this stage are being dealt with.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty and unable to make payment please can you contact our property managers by phone or email at email@example.com.
We are working around the clock to assist all of our clients.
If you cannot find the resources you need online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and Propertymark staff will be able to help, or direct your query to the right person.
Our membership and helpline teams remain open for business although demand can be high at times therefore please be patient with the specialists that are doing their very best to help our members.
